1.The machine is controlled by microcomputer and/stepping servo motor drive numerical control lathe, are turning cylinder, conical surface, circular arc surface, inner hole cutting processing various thread (including the taper thread), and other functions.According to user needs, for user reference choice
2.The CNC system USES ISO international code, keyboard manual input, and communication interface, power loss protection and various self-diagnostic functions.
3.CK6180A-1 adopts the split type layout, spindle box, transmission division, limited to avoid the gearbox heat source on the thermal deformation of the spindle, reduce the gear vibration on the spindle motion directly influence, improve the accuracy of the machine tool.
4.The crossbar is driven by servo motor, precision ball screw drive, precise movement of machine tool, sensitive reaction and good stability of precision.
5.The tool holder shall be equipped with four vertical electric tool holders, or a horizontal knife tower or blade.
6.Chuck and tail frame have manual, hydraulic or pneumatic selection.
7.The guide rail of bed and sliding saddle adopts ultrasonic quenching and pasting treatment with long service life and high transmission precision.CK6180 is the whole bed foot, the spindle is infinitely variable.

1. What's the term of payment ?
As usual, Our term of payment is:
30% downpayment by T/T (Telegraphic transfer ) in advance.
70% by T/T before shipment.
Besides, We can also accept term of payment by irrevocable letter of credit at sight. D/P or D/A.

2. What's the quality warranty ?
We will supply standard parts and accessories with our machines when shipment. Within one year after receiving our machines, In the right operation, If there are any damaged parts or accessories, We will replace them by air-mail or express mail immediately free of charge.

3. What's the delivery time ?
We will supply goods to you within 1 months after getting your 30% downpayment by T/T according to the different products.

4. What's the charge of installing and commissioning ?
For some machines, It need our technician to go to your local site and help you install and commission machines. At the same time, Our technician will train your workers. It will take 7-15 days for different machines.  The return air-tickets, accommodation, food, salary ( USD60.00/day for every technician ),etc will be born by the end-user.
