2.Vertical guide rail structure, column base send slide adopt high grade of grey cast iron, the pillar and slide rail adopts high frequency quenching, the guide mobile stickers precision mold processing to ensure the stability of the machine tool use for a long time and stable.
3.The main shaft of machine tool adopts spindle servo motor, which is suitable for strong cutting, but also suitable for semi-finishing and finishing of parts.
4.X/z-axis feed is automatically controlled by servo motor.The Z axis adopts the balance weight hammer, the structure is reliable, the failure rate is low.
5.CK680 X/Z axis adopts domestic precision ball screw and screw special bearing to meet the requirements of high precision and high rigidity cutting.
6.CK680 is lubricated by electric lubricating oil pump.

The packaging and shipping of CK680:
    On the mechanical packaging, we use the fumigation-free plywood.Fumigation-free wooden keel support bar is adopted by the export of LVL material, wood is made from multi-layer plywood custom-made, multi-layer plywood and LVL material are  after high temperature sterilization and glue them into a wooden . The wooden box itself does not have any log, so it does not need to be fumigated to be exported directly.The goods are well packed in good condition and can prevent the breakage and leakage of the contents during the shipping process.We will adopt Marine transportation to prevent the turbulence and vibration of the transportation process from causing damage to the goods and ensure that the goods are safe and sound when delivered.

1. What's the term of payment ?
As usual, Our term of payment is:
30% downpayment by T/T (Telegraphic transfer ) in advance.
70% by T/T before shipment.
Besides, We can also accept term of payment by irrevocable letter of credit at sight. D/P or D/A.

2. What's the quality warranty ?
We will supply standard parts and accessories with our machines when shipment. Within one year after receiving our machines, In the right operation, If there are any damaged parts or accessories, We will replace them by air-mail or express mail immediately free of charge.

3. What's the delivery time ?
We will supply goods to you within 1 months after getting your 30% downpayment by T/T according to the different products.

4. What's the charge of installing and commissioning ?
For some machines, It need our technician to go to your local site and help you install and commission machines. At the same time, Our technician will train your workers. It will take 7-15 days for different machines.  The return air-tickets, accommodation, food, salary ( USD60.00/day for every technician ),etc will be born by the end-user.
